2018 NMHC 40 for 40 Campaign 

The National Multifamily Housing Council is celebrating 40 years of leading the apartment industry and providing a forum for insight, advocacy and action that enables its members and the communities they build to thrive.

As part of the celebration, NMHC will expand its partnership with the national non-profit organization Shelters to Shutters (S2S) in the fight to end homelessness through a new 40 for 40 campaign. S2S transitions individuals and families from homelessness to economic self-sufficiency by partnering with apartment operators to provide full-time employment and housing opportunities.


The goal of the campaign is to sign up at least 40 new multifamily partners who will make a financial contribution to support the mission of S2S.


Companies that sponsor with a $5,000 financial contribution or above will be recognized by both NMHC and Shelters to Shutters as an official 40 for 40 Partner throughout 2018.


40 for 40 Partner Benefits:
